The next row tell about the story of Kasyapa Bagawan . The theme of the fourth row taken from Palalindon that describe the characteristics or the meaning of the earthquake mythologically. Further story from the theme of Bimaswarga described on the fifth row of the building . In the last row or sixth is occupied by a picture that describe nirvana lives. Besides of Kerta Gosa building roof , puppet paintings also decorate the ceiling of the Bale Kambang. On the Kambang Bale palate decorated by puppet paintings from the Ramayana and Sutasoma Kakawin story.
Kerta Gosa also once functioned as the court hall during the Dutch colonial bureaucracy in Klungkung (1908-1942) and since the appointment of a chief regional officer indigenous kingdoms in Klungkung (Ida I Dewa Agung Klungkung State) in 1929. The objects are evidence of Traditional customary courts relics as it has prevailing in Klungkung in the colonial period (1908-1942) and the period of Japanese occupation (1043-1945).
